An e-label can go through different life cycles. These are shown in the list with a status and can be divided into the following different statuses:
1. Published
This label has been published and there are no pending adjustments, the QR code can be scanned and the entered data will be displayed to the customer.
2. Changed
The label was adjusted after publication, so it still has unpublished adjustments. However, the QR code can already be scanned, but the data that is visible in the editor is not displayed.
3. Unpublished
The label has not yet been published and is still in "development", the label shows no content after scanning and is therefore not suitable for production.
Nevertheless, this means you can already print the created QR code on your labels, you just have to be aware that you will have to provide the content later.
Status changes also in the list view
In the list view of the products, you can also change the status of a wine label.
BE CAREFUL!
Please do not change QR codes that have already been published to the status "NOT PUBLISHED", as this would mean that the digital wine label can no longer be called up using the QR code scanner of a mobile phone.
