Our new function - Pre-register products

Many customers wanted to be able to generate the QR codes for their products more quickly.

We have now fulfilled this wish for everyone.

You can simply enter the name (e.g. Dornfelder 2024) for a product in an existing product group and save it.

A QR code for this product is immediately available for downloading or sharing.

You can save the necessary data for publishing the e-label at a later date. You can therefore already equip your wine labels with the QR code and wait in peace for the laboratory reports on your wines.

  2. Enter product name, article number or year if applicable
  3. Click Save
You can already download the QR code, the QR code for the wine always remains the same, only the stored data can be adapted. For publication, the necessary data must be stored with the wine.

The recorded products are shown in red and the QR code for them can be downloaded.

As soon as you have the data from the wine laboratory, you can enter it for the publication / retrievability of the e-label.

The processing of the E Label

A product created in this way only has your selected product name - this can be changed later. If you want a specific color for your QR code on the wine label, you must do this first. The color on the printed label cannot be changed later.

You can add all other details at a later date. The mandatory information for the e-label in accordance with EU Regulation 2021/2117 is marked.
